By accessing and using the BuildForge website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at buildforge.world and any related services provided by BuildForge Construction Company (collectively, the "Service").

• Project Timeline: Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to factors beyond our control
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in individual contracts and service agreements
• Material Specifications: All materials used will meet or exceed industry standards and local building codes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuildForge and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, video, audio, and software, is the property of BuildForge or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

In no event shall BuildForge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
